Booking & Payment

- Payments must be made through approved methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified options.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the service provider’s policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a stipulated period after deducting applicable charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Travel Documents & Requirements
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid before departure.
- Sapana Travels is not responsible for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues.
- Sapana Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
Changes & Amendments
- Any request for changes in booking (flight, hotel, itinerary) is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Sapana Travels reserves the right to amend or cancel any travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
- Sapana Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for service disruptions, delays, or damages caused by third parties.
- We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or inconvenience caused during the trip.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- Compliance with local laws, regulations, and guidelines is mandatory.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
