• Opening Time: Doors open at 9:30 AM at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel – IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the experience.
• Photography Restrictions: Photography is not allowed in the main atrium and on the first floor.
• Age Restrictions:
  • Guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
  • Children aged 0 to 3 years are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required.
• Pick-Up: Hotel transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Dress Code: A decent dress code is required. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, running shoes, gym shoes, tennis shoes and basketball shoes are not allowed.
