Important Information for Your Dolphin Show Dubai Visit
- You should arrive 30 minutes before the show starts.
- All visitors must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park. Tourists can buy tickets directly at the counter or from the kiosk. Residents can either purchase a ticket or use their NOL card for entry.
- Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences, such as Deira, Sheikh Zayed Road and the Marina area.
- Transfer times can vary depending on traffic and your location.
- There is no charge for children under 2 years old.
- Water activities are only for kids aged 8 and above who can swim well.
- Swimming with dolphins is not permitted for pregnant women or anyone with injuries.
- As per our terms, no eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the vehicle during transfer services.
- For time-based tickets with transfers, if your pickup is delayed, try using other transport to avoid missing your session. You can request a transfer refund afterward.
