• Arrival Time: Be at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals may lead to the cancellation of the flight.
• Shared Transfer Modifications: Pickup and drop-off times for shared transfers can vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your location.
• Age Restrictions: Children under 5 years old and individuals over 80 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this weight need pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
• Pregnancy: Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
• Cancellation Policy:  A 100% NO SHOW fee applies for last-minute cancellations. No alternative tour or refund will be provided.
• Physical Condition: All participants must be in good physical condition to climb in and out of the basket and bend during landing. Guests participate at their own risk.
• Disabilities: Guests with disabilities (physical, mental, or emotional) are not allowed to participate.
• Luggage Restrictions: Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
• Substance Abuse: Flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Clothing Recommendations: Wear comfortable, casual clothing. Avoid high heels, and opt for comfy shoes or boots.
• Health Conditions: Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, knee or back issues, recent surgery (within 6 months), or a fear of heights.
• Weather Conditions: Balloon flights are dependent on favorable weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to cancel the flight for safety reasons. If canceled, guests will be offered the next available date or a full refund.
