It feels completely different when you visit this Park. The temperature is maintained at a chilly -4°C and the entire area is covered in real, freshly-made snow. Whether you are a first-time visitor or a regular adventure seeker, there’s always something exciting to explore.

Ski Dubai Snow Park Important Information

For Snow Premium tickets, booking confirmation must be completed at least 48 hours before the visit.

Guests must carry the confirmation email to access Premium. If not received, contact customer support before arrival.

At all times, children under 13 should wear helmets.

Kids must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall and weigh over 30 kg to ride the Snow Bullet. Adults must weigh under 120 kg.

For safety reasons, some rides and attractions have height and weight restrictions.

Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.

Eating and drinking are permitted only at designated areas: Avalanche Cafe and North 28 restaurant (open from 10 AM to midnight).

Unused or partially used services are non-refundable.

The park requires that children are accompanied by at least one adult at all times.

Food and drinks from outside the park are not permitted.

Only experienced skiers and snowboarders can use the slope.

Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited inside transfer vehicles during tours that include transportation.

The venue is not wheelchair accessible.

Participation in any activity is not allowed for pregnant women.
