• Download the ticket sent to your mailbox.
• Present the digital or printed ticket at the venue entrance.
• Once scanned, enjoy your visit to Global Village.

Global Village Dubai – Important Information

• A valid photo ID or passport is required for entry.
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed and Marina.
• If the pickup location is outside the designated area, the operations team will coordinate accordingly.
• Transfer timings may vary based on traffic conditions and location.
• Food, souvenirs, shopping and rides at Global Village are at the guest’s own expense.
• Children must wear the safety wristband provided at ticket booths and information kiosks.
• Pets are not allowed inside Global Village.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Personal wheels, including rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles and tricycles, are not allowed inside.
• Visitors must wear respectful attire covering shoulders and knees.
• The last entry is permitted 30 minutes before the park closes.
• Children under 3 years and seniors above 65 years can enter for free.
• Eating, drinking and smoking inside transfer vehicles are not allowed.
• Tuesdays are designated for families and women, except on public holidays.
• Value tickets are valid from Sunday to Thursday, between 4 PM and 12 midnight.

Weekday tickets are not valid during UAE public holidays, including the Festive/New Year period and Eid holidays from March 30 to April 3, 2025.

From March 1 to March 31, 2025, Global Village Dubai will operate as follows:

• Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Weekends: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
