• Carry Your Tickets: Make sure to have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
• Scan at the Turnstiles: Place your ticket against the scanner at the entrance.

Skyview Observatory Dubai – Important Information

• A Passport or Emirates ID is required for entry.
• Guests aged 12 to 65 years can access the glass slide and edge walk, while minors aged 12 to 18 need parental or guardian consent in person.
• Children below 12 years are not allowed for the edge walk or glass slide.
• Guests weighing between 30 to 120 kg and with a height between 120 cm to 200 cm are eligible for the glass slide.
• Visitors must wear modest and comfortable clothing, avoiding loose dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose footwear, or long scarves.
• Guests should inform the Skyview staff of any physical or intellectual disability that may affect their participation.
• It is important to notify the staff of any pre-existing health conditions, such as neck or back issues, heart conditions, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
• During tours with transfers, eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1, Level 1, near the residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link leading to the main entrance of Sky Views on Level 1, next to Marina Pharmacy.
